Homegrown real estate developer Prestige Homes and Realty Development Corporation acquired another 9.5 hectares in Catalunan Pequeño for its expansion project named Granville III.
Granville III will be the next project following the success of Granville I and II which got sold out in a little over 15 months.
According to PHRDC’s General Manager, Miraluna Cerbo, the project will just be meters away from Granville I and II.
Granville III will have a total of 604 slots and will offer four house models, namely Angelo, Adrian, Faye, and Cindy.
Among the basic amenities in Granville III are a basketball court, mini swimming pool, and multi-purpose club house.
Granville III will be surrounded by a perimeter fence and will be installed with CCTVs and guard houses for the security of future homeowners.

Target land development completion of Granville III is last quarter of 2017. Units will be turned-over to homeowners by middle of 2018.
